All items are Certified Organic unless otherwise stated...We have some natural products(Turkey's..no additives or preservatives.) We also carry some Prepared Products that are processed using Certified Organic meat, but, the processing prevents Organic Certification. Our fish is not certified but "Wild Caught" and comes as close to certification  as possible at this time. It is not farmed, but, caught on a single hook in British Columbia  or Nova Scotia. The fish is not processed with Additives, no Phosphates & no Sulphides. We support our fisherman in Canada.
